I'm sure that a new keeper will be on the shopping list, as well as a couple of midfielders.


Surprised to see so few people rate Loft on this: he put together some decent performances towards the end of the season. Slade called him back and put him in the team, so he must have seen something he liked. It wouldn't shock me to see him there...

I think if we stick with all the players we have now, we will be pushing around mid table.

If we want to be in with a shout of promotion, we really need to bring quality into the midfield.

If i was the new manager, my priorities would be:

1) Gary Dicker
2) Joel Lynch returning
3) An attacking centre mid and a winger who can take a player on and get crosses into the box

Joel can cover left back until Mcnulty is fit, and then provide competition to Elphick and Virgo...
