Yes, but not many, and certainly not many within the genre.

Never seen it, but isn't the film "Serenity" a follow up to the Firefuly series ? That looks pretty good...

yes it is. Great film - watch the series 1st for full buzz.

Have just seen the film and enjoyed that, so will try to check the series out too. I liked Ross Wheadon's writing in Buffy and Serenity and Firefly i guess has a similar style of humour.

Joss Wheedon is a superb writer and NO there hasn't ever been a better series.
Very cheap on play.com and the Serenity DVD is out on 27th Feb. There may be another film if enough people buy the dvd so please buy it!
Have met most of the cast and they are all lovely (especially Summer Glau who is the sexiest woman I have ever met!)
