I have to say I wasn't convinced he'd touched it, even after 2 or 3 repeated viewings.
When you see it though, it's obvious, the ball is heading for the toppest of top bins, and then deviates onto the bar.

It's trravelling so fast and Maty is so close to the goal line, that it all happens in a split second.

It’s not pedantry, you’re just talking about a completely different part of the game, where Ings did hit the post and Ryan didn’t get a touch. Was followed up by Dunk clearing off the line. This is where vestegaard hit a shot that ryan tipped onto the bar.
