I always like to watch some Harry Harryhausen around Xmas - Clash of the Titans, any of the Sinbads, Jason and the Argonauts etc. It reminds me of being young and I guess that's what Xmas is about.

I love a good action flick, especially at Christmas. The fight scenes in the Wick films are superb.

Like music. I like all sorts. I imagine most people are similar.

Par example, last night off I enjoyed Blue Is The Warmest Colour, then a doc about Kurt Vonnegut followed up with Greenland starring Gerard Butler as John Garrity, a solid family man who wants to get back to his family . Sure, not without his faults but willing and able to step up when it counts. Does an impending global apocalypse leaving only Greenland as a safe haven for the surviving humans count? I should think so!

Love a Butler flick. Next up is Plane. Butler stars as commercial airline pilot, Brodie Torrance. A solid family man who wants to get back to his loved ones. Sure, not without his faults but willing and able to step up when it counts. Does a plane crash onto an island teeming with contra-rebels count? I should think so!
