Film Title Help

[Kaney]

I can't remember the name of a classic film, read on and help if you can.

There are 3 guys, of which 1 is dead, the other two are trying to make out he is not, and the dead guy will come alive when music is played. The film is set near the seaside, I remember as the dead guy dances into the sea at some point.

I know this is a vague description, however if you can be help I will be very grateful.

OK, I watched a film the other night where a bloke gets a tranquilser dart in the neck at a childrens pool-party, and stumbles groggily into the pool (I nearly ruptured something laughing so much). What film was that ?
