This running sore that is a disgrace to the game has to be addressed and SOON,quite how well any idea,s ? Off the 'top of my head' two ways the four HOME nations suggest/talk indicate a split and see what happens, lets face it after the last W/cup vote are the majority of European nations happy with the verdict ? I doubt it so lets TRY to force the issue.:wave:

It will need to include dissolving FIFA itself. I mean, how can that organisation have an Ethics Committee when its rotten to the core?

they should certainly scrap the up and coming FIFA presidential elections, the whole organisation is corrupt to the core.

Disband the lot and start again !

I totally agree, and Platini refuses to even stand to be elected as President, because he wants to do his full four years at UEFA. Can't stand the man, and I am sure is biased against England, but he is very unlikely to be corrupt.

Dream on boys. The best we can hope for is reformation from within, rather like the IOC did after Salt Lake.

This is the most likely outcome, with all those currently involved promising not to take any more bungs or stick in dodgy expenses claims, I think we are kidding ourselves if we think that Septic Bladder and all his cronies will get fired. It would be far better to wind the whole thing up and start again, completely, even if it meant nations resigning from FIFA and setting up an alternative themselves.

Time mow is 22.52 and I'll guarantee you that he is being wined and dined as we speak in Park Lane !

The only way it will get sorted is if and when the major sponsors start to put the pressure on and say they don't want their names associated with a corrupt organisation.

Then the national associations can get together and force FIFA to sort themselves out.

That's what happened to the IOC, but don't hold your breath on either count.

Yeh, I'd love something like that to happen, but I guess it's wishful thinking. Get as far as we can get at the World C up in Russia, and then withdraw from the farce in Qatar - arrange friendlies for that summer, and turn it into an alternative (mini) tournament................if the FA was brave enough, I think we might get other countries taking part who were sick of FIFA and reluctant to go and play in Qatar and get their fans flogged for having a drink.
Won't happen though, sadly.

If all international federarations simply ignored FIFA and told them to f off, they'd be dead by tomorrow and a new federation could follow. Oh and capital punishment for corruption would be introduced, either that, or all crooks having to personally repay every penny (or dollar) they took. Jack Warner, just what do you add to football, in fact what is your connection apart from your Trevor Hockey/Uncle Albert beard ?
Simples.

Platini is Blatter's poodle, IMO.
