The defending is better also. Instinctive blocks where they just throw themselves in the way. Can see alot more blocks the ricochet into the net I think. I think I'm in love

I've just played the PC demo. This is the first time in years that I've played Fifa, as a Pro Evo convert. I can see that the game modes seem much better and more appealing, but from that brief taste the gameplay just doesn't do it for me. As I think someone else has already said, the ball seems much 'lighter' somehow, just doesn't seem like real football. I'll persevere with the demo for a bit and see how I get on. I suspect it's probably much better on a console anyway. Does anyone know if they are bringing this out on PS2? If not then I shalln't bother.

if its anything like fifa 09, the pc and ps2 versions are not next-gen, so they dont have the same features as the xbox360 and ps3

Admittedly plays slightly different but basically presents itself as an update patch for FIFA 09 from what I've seen from the PS3 demo. Different kits, menus, graphics but no radical change so far, will want to see more if I am to shell out 40 notes next month.

Eeeeehhhh? It plays completely differently! They can actually control the ball now!better shooting, defending and of course the 360 degrees controls which are brilliant.

The A.I is brilliant, On 09 if the opposing team had a player sent off they didnt do anything about it, now as soon as they have a defender sent off they bring on a defender for a striker

Shooting seems harder, seeming to be hitting everything just wide :(

Change the settings to slow and controller settings to manual, feels like a whole new game.

Managed to fit in a game last night. Kindof agree with ZFE. Only really noticed the 360 movement as a big addition, which we knew was going to be good. Was hoping the gameplay would be a little harder, but managed to spank Chelsea 5-0 with Barcelona. Will give the whole changing settings to 'slow' a go later. Not sure what mines on.

5-0! What level did you play it on. I found World Class well hard and struggled to beat Chicago Fire!

Great game though. The ball physics, passing and shooting are so much better. I'll have to try this slow setting tonight.

Can't remember what it said now, but when asked at the beginning how often do you play football games, I picked the highest... Unfortunately the suggestion that I play Fifa09 too much is probably correct.
