Too good a start really, very hard for incoming batsmen to start at that pace straight away, and in trying too, rash shots cause a fall of wickets.

Don't agree with that. In 20/20 the field, after powerplay, is always out. The new batsmen coming in should have tried to support Wright by finding the singles to get him on strike. If he does this for an over or two then he can get himself in and look to score some runs.
