Anyone who put a bet on a 0-0 will be enjoying the first half, for the rest of us, more enjoyment from counting the empty seats.

This is dog shit.

Nice to see the Rivershite half empty.

How the mighty have fallen. When I say 'mighty'...I mean high and mighty.

Serious question. Where is the stoke fan/fans located?

Does look like a fair few of their STH’s have given this one a wide berth. Some quality in show but they have cancelled each other out, both extremely well organised.

0-0 slow burner, one for the purists, intruiging tactical battle.

In seriousness, yes, it isn't that bad and they are cancelling each other out. Thanks for reminding us about the game. It's better than watching ITV :lolol:

In the corner down the left from where the TV cameras are located so out of view, believe there are just shy of a thousand in the travelling audience.

Did I just hear 'Spence' mentioned in commentary? I wondered where he'd gone....

Not a bad game after all....so much room, though...

spence had a Christmas time epiphany.

Nice to see.

Only one team in it for long periods of the game. They were woeful. Even the Palace fans were outsung at home. God knows why they are where they are. As for us it's all good signs. No chance we will be involved in a relegation scrap.

Always one of the highlights of the festive season is a gluttony of football to feast upon. All kicks of tonight with Sky screening an intruiging encounter from the Championship between Middlesborough and Stoke. On paper looks an attractive affair between two of the divisions heavyweights. Most would have been agog if you had told them at the beginning of the season that they would both sit in the bottom 6 but that's where they are, despite both sides being packed with star studded quality. Riverside is always bouncing and sure it will be the same tonight plus Stoke aways travel in good numbers so should be a decent away audience.

Do you work in marketing?

The final pre-Xmas treat for us tonight as Blackburn Rovers and Wigan Athletic go head to head. It may be the season of goodwill to all men (and women and gender neutral/fluid) but that will go out of the window at Ewood Park this evening as there is no love lost between these two fierce Lancashire rivals. Both desperate for points for differing reasons no quarter will be given, should be a Chritmas cracker in front of a raucous Ewood Park audience.

Last televised game of the decade tonight, and it looks an attractive one as Derby take on Charlton at a noisy and boisterous Ipro Stadium. Derby will be desperate to start climbing towards the play offs and 3 points tonight are a must against an easy on the eye Charlton Athletic.

Is this the final Derby match before Wayne Rooney arrives?

Genuine Champo BOX OFFICE.

It is indeed, sure to be a carnival atmosphere tonight with the dawning of an exciting new era at Derby.

Great game, Derby absolutely rampant, buoyed on by a partisan crlwd and take the lead then their Polish sensation Bielik is sent off.

Dreadful quality. Even against 10, Charlton unable to fashion a decent chance.

I used to think I wouldn't mind us being relegated as the Championship is a great league, more games etc. But most of what I now see is so far below Potterball, we'd either storm it or, more likely, be dragged down to their level.
