So what I can glean from reading this thread is that Evan's injury is just a smokescreen, exactly the same as Caicedo's 'hamstring', and he's withdrawn from the Irish squad because he's off to join up with England.

Especially as he's no longer eligible for England anyway.

What I can glean from this is someone in the media started it for clickbait and got folk talking about a subject which few were talking about anyway. It's a non-story.
