Is that an offer to drive him there?

There’s quite a few that would benefit from a visit, or maybe the lack of fight could be attributed to a previous visit.

Honestly, that was abysmal......

There were a number of players who had worse games today and showed way less heart and nowhere near his attitude

I wouldn’t start with greyhound but he’s a big asset coming off the bench with 20 to go.
Thought he did alright today.

He tries hard but just isn't good enough.
He looks uncomfortable with the ball at his feet, a prerequisite of any Potter team you would think.

What baffles me is how was he scouted to be a good enough footballer for us when he can't even control the ball or even complete a simple pass?

He plays with passion and that’s important. Deserved more of what he did to come off. I think getting booked didn’t help him. Looked a bit tired and rightly subbed.

After last week’s comeback when March and Schelotto came on and linked up well in the last half hour to salvage a point I think Potter must have thought that they could carry on where they left off. He was wrong. Different circumstances:
Not playing against a tiring defence
Not playing against a disorganised shambles
Playing against a team who gave us no space and were in our face
And crucially, no Stephens to feed them the ball

Schelotto is a liability in the system we play where you need instant control, accurate passing and to be comfortable when in possession. His Rampaging runs forward come to nothing. Lucky not to get a red card today.

I thought his effort today was excellent - at times the only one trying to attack, his passing is variable but at least he isn’t always going for the safe pass

Absolutely nothing wrong with his performance today. What's this thread all about?

This.

The least of our worries today. Schelotto drove us forward, and did a decent defensive job on Deulofeu who’s destroyed many defences since Pearson took charge.

I’m pleased that GP selected him.

Very much a peter Smith. Good to watch and extremely likeable. But you do worry when he rampages forward...!

I used to, but I think he’s improved hugely.

Lovely having a RB with pace to recover.

When Montoya loses the ball far upfield, so often it’s cost us.

Feck me Weststander - really disagree with you on this.

He rarely makes an effort to get back, his delivery is ordinary at best. Montoya is better in all aspects IMO.

In full flight he looks majestic but not in a footballing way.....

Not his fault, but check the level of effort on the goal, he was trotting on the halfway line.

Potter must have realised this to have March playing in front of him, when all season he’s been on the left.

His technique is truly shocking and at times I find myself laughing (which is wrong I know - bad fan etc)....

Not for me and another poor signing. I just hope Lamptey is better.
