You've not been round here long have you? On this forum, some blokes know FACTS, and woebetide anyone who would rather wait for an official announcement.

We were of course TOLD that loads of Brighton fans would be in the away end at Woking on Tuesday night, and that we needed at least another 500 tickets minimum to cope with the demand, yeah, right.

Fair enough. I spoke to the ticket office and there was no mention of 'police advice'.

Even if it is, is it right? As I say, not having a go at the Club.

Some of your fans were seen to invade the pitch at Rochdale, in the eyes of the police this is "causing trouble" at a league ground, we also play at a league ground and since this game is "bigger" than the 1st round it likely that should you win that a similar reaction is likely. Not really that complicated is it?

Let's see how they cope with a few hundred reds jumping the fence :rave:QUOTE]

We are naturally protected by a wildlife reserve, you better start practicing your tree climbling skills if you want to cliam a seat. Hope you have a head for heights...

Was it even the evil Man Utd ex player Lou Macari that gave us the 'Theatre of trees' tag...

You could quite easily have the H & J blocks entering from the usual away fans entrance and directing them across the running track without coming into contact with any Brighton fans.

I did think of that but if that were to happen then god help any of them wanting a piss

Claim a seat? No fuckin' thanks. We're not institutionalized like your mob to 'sit down and shut the f*** up'.
No stewards will make us sit in any ground. We'll stand on the running track thanks.:rave:

Well theres pleanty of running track to stand on.

Best way into that section of the ground is via a house behind the away end. Just ask for John Catt's house, he'll let you in to Withdean or you could even watch from his garden if he has'nt got a bonfire on the go.

So the fact that we are the highest team in terms of league position in the draw and you are the bottom ranked team, we are playing in the second round of the fa cup (which you have never got to before) means this game is not bigger than your first round game against the mighty Rochdale?

21. DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETS
(a) All Rounds Preceding the Semi-Finals
In all matches preceding the Semi-Finals, the Visiting Club shall have the right to claim up
to 15% of all accommodation for which tickets are issued providing these tickets are in a
fully segregated area, and subject to the following regulations:

That is the away end then?
Oh and before FCUM go any more mental, all I can say is POT KETTLE BLACK:
BBC - 606 - - A31212839 - FA Cup Tickets v Manchester Utd

That was wrong too.

Cos you lot invented non league football didn't you? For how many years did you sit at OT like a muppet? As I said elsewhere, where were the UTD fans when you became a PLC - still at OT watching the Premier League titles roll in. THAT was the time to have started making a noise, not when the Glazers rolled up.

A couple of hours ago, I was thinking 'give them 15%'. Now, I'm not so sure. Perhaps it's attitudes like yours that have made the Police want you only have 845 tickets.
