No disrespec Jimmy, you may be one of Rangers' favourite influencers but there's nothing you can do to influence the fact as your boys take one helluva beating on Saturday tea-time.

GPott and the boys are in unknown fettle after a summer break yet still your bunch of sweaties stand no chance standing in the way of B&HA.

Hey I know her. Yes, I know one. Yipeeee.

Great posting Crodo.

Oh...

Crodo's ban was for totting up infractions. Not one single bannable thing. Some may say there isn't an awful amount of difference between an old picture of fog to kid people a football match was off and an old picture of empty shelves to kid them Tesco are running out.

Nevertheless, he'd been specifically told NOT to post images owned by big media and NOT to continue the usual wind up persona when it came to Covid. He did both.

As for up in lights we put them up when we can be arsed.

Saved me the trouble of typing that, so thanks.

I was just about to post on here that Crodo didn’t get a ban for posting the image of empty supermarket shelves; he received a minor infraction - which seemed proportionate, esp since he’d been requested not to do this sort of thing on Covid or Covid related threads previously. A minor infraction is just that - and doesn’t affect a poster’s ability to use or post on NSC. It only becomes an issue if multiple minor infractions are accrued over a relatively short period. This triggers an automatic ban. In this case just a few days I think.

Crodo wasn’t added to the list of bans in the ‘moderating decisions’ thread as effectively his ban is as a result of cumulative infractions and it was 9.30pm on a Friday night and I forgot. But I’ve added it in there now.

I'm kinda pleased about this as I love Crodo, but I had a nasty idea that he was just one of El Pres's wind-up accounts. Really pleased he seems not to inhabit Mod Towers.

Please put these things in the 'Moderating Decisions' forum! I love reading that, it's like reading the Births, Marriages and Deaths section of the local paper.

EDIT: Maybe the Courts section might be a better analogy: "Crodo was found guilty in the NSC Magistrates' Court last week of posting poor taste jokes and misusing image links. He was fined thirty shillings and banned from posting for a week."

No, its more like a dictators court. I had an infraction once, challenged it and was told by the mod they dont have time to read the context so it stands. I took it with good grace of course

Thanks to this thread, I've only just found out about the Moderating Decisions forum. It's a bit of a rogues' gallery, quite a few repeat offenders there.

In fact, there are a whole load of other forums that I didn't know about - NSC Classified? There's another world out there
