I'd suggest we knock it about the back four for an hour occasionally lumping it up to O'Grady. Go a goal down and then throw Lua Lua on with 15 minutes to go to see if we can nick a draw.

There is a Scottish equivalent , thats why we have the friendly against Aberdeen.
Totally agree - thats the way to do it, its the Hewton way - solidish in defence, a tendancy to concede the first goal and then a flurry of liteweight attacking activity as we suddenly make a half-hearted and ultimately unsuccessful attempt to chase the game. One Club - One Ambition - Together

It's the first friendly. You only want to get some time on the pitch and getting players used to playing Football again at this stage. The tougher games come at the end with Aberdeen and Sevilla.
