I know many people would see "favourite politican" as a contradiction in terms.

But I know some people do have alot of respect for the perceived minority of decent politicans out there.

I'll start.

I have alot of respect for Ken Livingstone.

and to prove I'm not biased Michael Helestine wasn't all that bad(for a tory..obviously. )

Internationally, the more I see Dubya, the more I realise how much better Clinton was. Sure he slept around but he was on good terms with the world and was intelligent.

Roy Hattersly, met him walking his dog (subject of a book he wrote) up from Victoria. Nice bloke and a Wednesday fan. Very friendly and I reckon that had he been Labour Party Leader instead on Neil Pillock then Thatcher wouldn't have been Prime Minister for so long.

I met a lot of people called Fidel in Cuba.

I was staying in a village and he was meant to turn up for the Villages 490th birthday, so they repainted every square inch of the town, but he didn't come in the end.
