Almost immediately, something landed on the pitch by the Singing Section. Totally freaked out, the guy in front of me sort of half-screamed. 'SHIT! They're firing ARROWS at us!'

Absolutely genius.

I'm struggling to think of anything truly remarkable, but my greatest Seb Carole moment was easily when the ball dropped out of the sky, clearly already out of play, and Carole was SO out of touch with the game that he attempted to control the ball as it landed, and only ended up kicking an opponent in the gentleman vegetables. Classic.

I quite liked the incident vs Northampton where both Virgo and Akinfenwa were sent off, where Virgo sheepishly strolled away after his red card, and Akinfenwa bolted down the touchline in reaction to his... I feared for the life of poor mr Virgo at that point!

 

[Exiled in Exeter]

Robert Garrett coming on for Stoke when they were winning 4-0 (ultimately 5-1). He was obviously only a young lad and didn’t expect to come on. While he was warming up the Stoke bench were screaming “Robert” trying to get his attention with increasing desperation. This was then picked up by the South Stand. Quickly followed by chants of “One Robert Garrett” and “Garrett, give us a wave”. The Stoke bench looked completely bemused. Then when he came on - it was the loudest cheer I can remember for a sub coming on until LuaLua’s introduction for us at Charlton away this season.
