I saw this knocking about on Twitter and it brought up a lot of marvellous, interesting and nostalgic images, so I thought I would share it with the class. I'll kick things off with a couple off the top of my head.

I have to say the artistic licence on Mark Hamill's physique is doing a little heavy lifting there, but the artwork is just phenomenal. Then there was this...

Not a great film (Covenant), but an excellent poster IMO. I love the dark menace of it.

Apocalypse Now with Sheen's face popping out of the water is good.
T2 with the Terminator's skeleton

Oh I can see I'm going to like this. The Jaws poster is SO iconic.

Until I figure out how to attach an image if someone could put up the Clockwork Orange poster it would be appreciated
Open a seperate Google tab on your browser
Google the poster
Click on 'images' at the top
Select the one you want, it'll come up in a panel on the right
Right-click on it, and then select 'copy image'
Go back to the NSC tab and select 'paste'
Then it'll come up.

Sometimes it will be ENORMOUS, in which case its probably worth going back to your Google tab to select another image instead that doesn't take up 2 screens worth

@The Clamp is not failing to disappoint. Top stuff.

I watched Tombstone the other night, I just love that film SO much. I shall never tire of it. I love that they put "I'm your huckleberry" on the poster.

Glorious.

It’s one of my favourite westerns.

“You tell em I’m coming, I’m coming and Hell’s coming with me”!

Not remotely iconic but if we’re up for a bit of nostalgia here’s one of my favourite movies…

I honestly think it tops the Sergio Leone's. You just CANNOT top the script.

"Well...you gonna do something ? Or are you just gonna stand there and bleed ?"

"Your friends might get me in a rush, but not before I turn your head into a canoe"

"You're so drunk, you're pro'ly seen double"
"I have two guns. One for each of ya"

Kurt Russell and Val Kilmer were so amazing. I don't even think I could insert Clint Eastwood in there, which is ridicuous.

It’s just one of those strange films that came out of nowhere. None of the actors are ones that I’m a particular fan of but they all put in amazing performances and created this near-perfect film.

Directed by two people, original director being replaced, which rarely works) he only seems to have directed Rambo 2 previously.

It seems Kurt Russell pretty much directed it.

It shouldn’t be so good. Yet it’s outrageously excellent.
