I'm on holiday in Corfu. Freddos, the local ice cream parlour here in Acharavi does the most amazing home made organic ice creams and sorbets. Last night was Stracciatella, tonight I'll have after eight or Bueno, tomorrow plain chocolate. Next will be Fig sorbet. Wonderful..

I had a nice fig ice cream the other day. Subtle but tasty. Can't remember what the second scoop was; marscapone and something.
