So what's your favourite of his?

What a load of tosh. 'Madchester' was great fun. The Charlatans, they were f***ing ace until they turned into Stones clones four albums in. There was an awful lot of great music coming out of Manchester in the 80s & 90s.

I thought some of the tracks on The World Is Yours were fantastic - Sister Rose? But I much prefer the earlier stuff such as Cant See me, Corpses, Shadow of a Saint, Love Like a Fountain

I have found it is ever decreasing circles with Ian Brown albums.

Have to agree to a certain extent. He is hardly the best recording artist of all time, BUT, when you see him live he has the greatest stage presence I have ever witnessed
