For me I have found laying in bed listening to The Stone Roses album often works...Simple but affective.

But moving back to food someone else I know swears by a bottle of lucozade and some salt & vinegar crisps but I have not tried this out myself.

Albion, England & The Stone Roses forever.

It did take nearly two days to get over a stag do i went on back in June.

The last one I had, nearly seven years ago, lasted about that long...it was my fault for drinking a large quantity of cheap and nasty wine...I vowed that I never wanted to feel that ill again and haven't touched a drop since then. Probably one of the few sensible decisions I have made in my life.

In Prague?! It would take SOME pain to outweigh the enjoyment there fella!

Fair point, it isn't as if the Czech's are well known for brewing weak bland beer, is it?

I have told myself that i will have a totally alcohol free January to flush out the toxins.

That sort of hangover is painful - It's freezing cold yet you are sweating like a pig with a banging head - Not nice. Had one in Helsinki last month....... Urgh
