I had a pair of Patrick football boots. Old school black leather with a light blue Patrick stripe..........something like these:

Very soft leather, best boots I ever had........bought them from Swift Sports

In a similar vein to the World cups, Copa Mundial.... I've had all three of these and the Kings edge it to the Copa Mundials

I had a pair of them and can confirm they were probably the best boots i wore, but i never had the perm.

They were (or a similar Patrick boot) my first "proper" football boots that weren't out of Woolies or Freeman Hardy & Willis, got them from a sports shop in Hangleton. Very comfortable and hard wearing boots.

As I got older, got myself some World Cups and never looked back. The best boot ever IMO

Woolworths , the ones with the orange stripes down the side , looked like Addidas but only 2 stripes instead of 3 , put me off playing football forever so went to watch Brighton instead

I think they were white hard plastic things, when they got cold there was no give in them what so ever.
