Peanut butter (crunchy of course) melted down and mixed with coconut milk to whatever consistency you want. Curry powder, however hot you want it, and about half a teaspoon of sambal oelek (get them from the oriental place in the open market).
Not really a true satay sauce in the full sense, but very very similar to the stuff you get with chips in any FEBO in Holland
