Mine has got to be Hark the Herald. Smashing tune to belt out the words to in sprited fashion!!

Also..Away in a Manger (English version) sung by the little ones a a school nativity. Brings a lump to the throat!!

Oh Holy Night, I think it's called. It's on home alone and and also sung by Nat King Cole on a freebie CD I got from a paper.
