Just one of many tunes I could choose, really This guy is the chosen guitarist of Primal Scream and Weller, and as a huge Scream fan, I'd happily listen to this, Little Barrie SHOULD be huge.

Losing sleep, and it's accompanying b-side is a Norvern Stormer! Darron Connett is larger than life, great guy, all out mod (with a peacock do) love im. Really do check The Moons though, you'd love it. Proper qualla, a bit Coral in places, but all out hit!

Not ashamed to say i'm very excited about the new My Chemical Romance record... the first single off it is f***ing great.

The new Cee-Lo album is pretty amazing too.

Been enjoying the Hurts record and the debut Everything Everything full length too...

Do check Connett's "Mademoiselle" in my link, recorded @ Wellers place, so must be passed...

Ordered my Edwyn album via Rough Trade, haven't received it yet, BUT, have got a free 'Grey Kestrel' print drawn by Edwyn through the post, honoured, am I. Thanked him too, and he said it was all his wifes doing- really, he IS the nicest guy in music!

Buzz, I can't stress this enough- The Moons should be huge, get on them, their album is "all filla, no killah!" and their recording their second album at Edwyns... There's a scene thing here, it's exciting!

was just about to have a break from LCD Soundsytem for a bit being rather sulky about them not playing Perth on their "farewell" tour and then lo' and behold they are announced last week for the BDO in Feb' along with a whole swag of quality acts so back onto them I go.
Been listening to a bit of Chapel Club too - they sound prety cool, and am almost over Plan B now but not quite.....

The CDs in my office this morning are both Grinderman long players, Tomorrow in a Year by The Knife plus others, Metallica's St Anger and Neon Indian.

St Anger after a big mug of coffee certainly gets you going in the morning.

LCD is a strong contender for my album of the year.
