[News] Favorurite Pancake Topping

Why would choose just one topping? I'll be having a classic lemon and sugar later, for sure, but after a couple more savoury ones.

Started the day with a spicy little number filled with roasted veg and patatera (like a very soft chorizo, a bit like 'nduja), topped with chilli sauce and crunchy onions. Love pancake day.

Batter ready and waiting in the fridge for the statutory minimum of 1 hour and currently mulling over what toppings to incorporate but will probably stick to the hardy annual of caster sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice, talking of which just thinking about it is getting my juices flowing!!

Pancake mixture, add a bit of Cinnamon, then medjoul dates and banana with dash of honey or syrup inside.
