Depends how much of his astronomical wage we were picking up.
Personally, I liked him in the side, I like him as a player ..... but the money is so ridiculous, it's hard to justify it.
If I said he was a waste of money, that would be more a reflection of my views of footballers wages, than a criticism of him.
