Do I have to actually run, or can I walk?
If I'm going to do the bike ride as well, I may not be fit to run anywhere for weeks after
But it sounds like another good excuse to try and get fit, so I'll volunteer, work permitting.

Most of the time, we say we're going to run, but end up walking!!!
