FAO: Daft Bints - other ladies of the board

Last year, some of the DAFT bints took part in the 5k Race for life run at Stanmer park - and raised a good sum of money for Cancer Research (sorry i'm not being specific - brain is part jelly at the moment due to no sleep last night)

Now is the time to take part again!!!

The dates for this this year is July the 1st or the 2nd.

If there is enough people wanting to do it - perhaps we can co-ordinate it again so we all do it together?!

Last year, i seem to recall we went for the run, and then to the pub - and it was a great day out, and did something good for charity!!

If you are interested, reply to this thread, and we can hopefully put something together :)

For further details, the Race for life website is http://www.raceforlife.org/

BAG's picture is her avatar.

Why would you want to choose who to sponsor? Can only the young pretty ones run then? Can the older middle aged ladies run for charity too?

:p

I know Bags avater is her, (i have seen her at many away games) the point of choosing via a picture was nothing more than an idea, maybe making it a bit more fun etc, (and quite probably it might get more sponcers) and i for one would gladly sponcer "older middle aged" ladies as you put it.
