Owned by the Elite Racing Club and this is what their email says today:
MARLINKA is declared to run in the Queen Mary Stakes, a 5f Group 2 race for two-year-old fillies, at Royal Ascot on Wednesday, 16 June. There are eighteen runners and Steve Drowne rides.
Roger Charlton says that Marlinka continues to show a professional attitude and says that she pleased in her work last week with an older sprinter. Roger feels that Marlinka put up an improved performance to win impressively last time, but says that it is difficult to know what that form amounts to and this looks a wide-open race, with a large number of potentially classy fillies in opposition. However, Roger says that her Ffos Las success and her latest work at home suggest to him that she would have a reasonable chance of finishing in the first three in an average renewal of this race, and it will be a wonderful result if she is able to achieve this.
A 2-point bet, each way, is recommended on Marlinka at value odds of 14/1.
