A priority, finding free/discounted banner printers needs to be a full pursuit for someone unless somebody knows someone in that area has a good contact.

If not local, would try canvassing printers in Plymouth area with "Go Green" event banner ideas. Bound to find someone sympathetic to Argyle down there.

I dont know if any of these are printers, but it maybe a good place to start for asking for discounts

Just become aware of this - very good idea. Although, having followed the Plymouth saga, I must say that I am saddened by their (seeming) lack of focus, anger and personally directed vitriol at the people who are destroying their club. Petitions and marches are all very well, but it was the personal targetting of Archer and Bellotti which was essential to our success. That's not something we can do - they have to do it, and they don't seem to know exactly whom to target to begin with! Anyway, well done for showing support and I'll try and make it tonight. Silver lining of a frustrating long ago booking at St. Ives Festival, which means I'm missing the Leeds game, is that Home Park on the 24th is directly on the way home and I'll be there with bells on (not literally) :)

Brett, will you be coming tonight? As an experienced campaigner your input could be vital.

I am not 100% I can make it, I had plans already.

I wouldnt say I am an experienced campaigner, other than I took part in the goldstone protests etc. As for organising stuff, not done that before, but happy to try and help out as much as I can, even I cant make it tonight

My tweets about Plymouth have been retweeted several times, so at least that is helping

I'm keen to assist where need be, though my location in Luton means that I won't be able to attend any local meetings. From reading so far, there certainly needs to be some more effective co-ordination. It's good that the fansreunited.co.uk website has been set up to raise awareness.

There is a clear lack of understanding as to exactly what the situation is at Plymouth. How far off liquidation are they? What is happening to prevent this? Is there someone who can provide financial backing with a change of board?

It seems like a lot of this is already quite established, with the liquidation discussion. Is there anything we can realistically do to prevent this? Should the aim to be highlighting their cause - yet raising money solely for the part-payment of playing and non-playing staff? I read that a number of players were having to sell their houses in order to keep cash coming in. Is there a seperate fund currently set up by PAFC fans purely for this?

It would also be good to produce an A5 flyer that people can print out and take with them to distribute at Bristol/Leicester/Liverpool/Leeds.... these should be uploaded onto the fansreunited game. Albion specific flyers also worth mentioning the Go-Green game against Leeds... fans printing out their own flyers would save massively on printing costs.

Flyers on list, as well as green collection buckets, could do with contacting a few Brizzle and Leicester fans who may be willing to collect cash? Woodchip has a meeting tonight, where co-ordination will be discussed.

If exact content/copy can be provided, I can design the flyers.

I think 2 would be needed:

1 x general "Fans Re-united" flyer for all fans to download and distribute.
1 x Albion "Go-Green" flyer for the Leeds game, to be distributed at Bristol/Leicester/Liverpool.

Woodchip - and others - Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you are doing to help us. We are truly humbled.

I was the person who posted on the other thread suggesting 8th October. Whatever you do, I would be glad to help. I am a journalist and an Argyle ST holder. I live in London and although I can't get to the meeting tonight I would be delighted to be involved and help co-ordinate and could maybe get down to Brighton within the next week.

I offered to contact Supporters Direct and the Football Supporters' Federation and am happy to do this (if not already done) once you have decided exactly what, where and when.

I am sure you have already be in touch with the Argyle Fans' Trust and I know that Dartmoors Green has put you in touch with the Green Taverners.

Please pm me if I can of use.

Celia

Probably now can't make it tonight, but when you have your discussion, my offer of the T-shirt, should it be required, still stands. Also, having exchanged emails with Buzzer yesterday, I'm also more than happy to do the flyers.

The price I suggested to him may have been a bit high - I was thinking of good quality colour flyers, when I wasn't thinking actually that B&W will do. He'll know what I'm on about.

I know a member of the Plymouth supporters club who also organises travel for England away and home matches, I will make contact and see if they have any banners or large flags we could borrow. She seems to be quite influential and I'm sure would jump on board. Making contact tonight and will direct her towards our fans page.

Before we go into the 'madness or is it' of everyone buying green and white scarfs which will cost £? and which in all probability may not be usable again, I personally would be happy to contribute said amount into a fighting fund for PAFC. Is there one ?

Anyone got any thoughts on this ?

If you visit fansreunited.co.uk, on the how can I help page there is a link to the green taverners page. They are doing a lot of work to raise funds for the unpaid staff.
