I had already given the answer which you hadn't read. I didn't IMMEDIATELY jump on your understanding. You perceived it that way not having read my post above yours.

Ok perhaps you didn't immediately but it still came across that you did. Anyway, I'm sure you didn't mean it in that fashion so never mind. Can we agree on the fact that McCammon was shit though? I mean even you referred to him as Trolley....

No I can't agree that.
Everyone called him Trolley.

Yes, in reference to the fact that he had roughly the same amount of talent as a supermarket trolley....

Silly me, I thought it was because of his name. He beat us at Doncaster didn't he?

Well the reason why the question was asked was because Mcghee at that point had mentioned everyone of our strikers at the time that were on our book about which parts of there game has improved and what he expects from in the coming season. The only one that wasn't mentioned was McCammon

Sounds too much like common sense to me. Had he temporarily forgotten that questioning the decisions of the club is forbidden amongst the best fans?

Does anyone on here remember the old 'fans forum' type events at the old Concorde club? (or are NSC members post-Goldstone fans only :()

Those meetings were decent, good heated discussions, not the stale crap we have now where you have to submit a question days in advance :nono:

Can someone please ask a non-related Falmer question, such as are the board serious about buying a creative midfielder and do we have any money to actually make some signings??

You don't have to submit a question days in advance. You put your hand up and a microphone gets stuck under your nose.

I don't agree with that either. Look fairly good against us and would probably get in the team now. Him and CKR could have done quite well if McGhee had actually stuck with them.

Agree. I can't help feeling the reason they've arranged the whole thing so swiftly after the Falmer news is to sterilize things as much as possible. I’d like to know how many non-superfans will be able to make it at three days’ notice.

Do you need 3 days notice to organise a couple of hours out on a Thursday night? If it was just going to the pub, I'm sure you could.
If it is a searching question you want to ask and can't think of one, then put it to Nsc.

The Fans' Forums are certainly not as interesting as they were in the old days!

'The Albion will leave the Goldstone over my dead body!'

I hooked something horrible while fishing the other day. Maybe it was a bit of Greg Stanley? Or are you just slowly decomposing over pints of whisky in Maltravers Street, Greg? You fooled me for a bit, you bastard. Rot in hell.

Of course, in one sense they are less interesting for a good reason. We are not fighting for the very existence of our club any more, we are not having to set the agenda - we battled Archer in the Centre for Dispute Resolution to install a board we trust, it's their job to take the club forward, and I think history will prove that they will have done it very well.

But of course there are issues which need to be addressed, and once we have the final confirmation that there will be no further appeals, and that the stadium is 100% secure, we can find an independent voice again. We need a strong say in supporters' facilities in the new stadium and pricing policy, that is for sure. As for the interim period, it isn't really enough to tread water, and as the momentum builds for Falmer off the pitch, it needs to build on it as well.

There does need to be real debate at these forums, and we should have had better notice of this meeting - BISA used to give people two weeks' at least! We knew nothing about it in the box on Saturday.....
The one thing that must NOT happen is that we are sidelined when the corporate voices start shouting once Falmer is confirmed. As they surely will. It'll be a very nice problem to have, in comparision with all the shit we've been through, but it'll be one we have to deal with. We will NEVER be taken for granted.
