What did Barber mean when he said " we can add a few extra facilities to the North Stand" ?

You need more facilities to install more seats. There's a limit on the amount of seats you can have per toilet/bar I believe.

I think [MENTION=267]TSB[/MENTION] is right. In the past they've said they can't add seats due to the ratio of people to exits etc.
