Or are they talking about a bar at the back of the North Stand, that will be accessible from outside the ground?

Therefore part of the 'fans zone' outside of the ground, presumably with toilets accessible from outside as well.

Oh that's what they've named the new stand then. Quite an apt descriptive name because the sewer pipes in our road are cleaner that Shitehurst Park.
