Whatever
Ya last two replies have been 'bless' and 'whatever'. The 'voice of reason' aint got much to say. Night night Ian.
Whatever
Coming up from the station, and trying to get round to the West Stand is going to be a nightmare, with hundreds of people stood in the way, gawping at the big screen.

Without starting another thread, I have wondered if the club can find space for any more sinks for hand washing?
From memory the various loos I've visited in the Amex have about 3 wash hand basins each to deal with up to about 30 people using the loos at any one time.
I think the 'new normal' world that we eventually return to after lockdown will see more hand washing happening and for longer.
Whenever i see ya posts you always conjure up an image of someone.........you totally remind me of Ian Hislop. Smug.

What's that at the top of the picture, above the stadium?
Whatever it is, it's certainly not realistic.
I hope the rest of the plans aren't as equally 'out there'.
What, in your opinion, was the correct response, to a weirdo on the internet, spoiling for a spat late at night, when he'd had a couple of shandies?
I heard there was a plan to potentially move the club shop out of its current location and round to behind the East Stand where the hotel was originally going together with new club offices. This would then allow the club shop to become a bar / food court and the current North stand offices becomes more corporate hospitality space. This could be the reason for the mini club shop in the Fan Zone development? Anyone else heard this?
Love the look of this and great to see that we're keeping artists in employment at these difficult times.
I can see there is one bit of a kiosk which is dedicated to food and drink. At the moment there are a few stalls (what is it? Chips, Harveys and burger stall at the moment?), each of which has quite long queues. If there's only going to be one stall, presumably for food and beer ..... plus presumably a lot more people milling around outside to watch the big screen etc, is there going to be anywhere near enough serving capacity?
Not moaning. Think the club have done really well here
We wrote in agreement about this recently..
In know it’s sad, but I really enjoy watching the steady evolution of the stadium, I can see eventually it will kind of be its own little village with ample options for drinking and eating before entering the stadium.

I too enjoy the way the stadium has changed massively without ever looking like it's changed, year on year.
That said a freakin mahhooossive TV outside the ground might challenge my love of unnoticeable changes.

Afternoon Ian.
Where's the Harveys gone?!

It makes sense, this latest development is just another addition to the ever evolving stadium and surroundings. I’m sure once the hotel finally goes ahead there’ll be space for either a large bar and catering facilities, or alternatively a club shop with the existing shop being used as a new bar. The North Stand offices are already earmarked to be replaced by corporate hospitality for the additional tier that’s going up in the North Stand.
