Family friendly accommodation required for pal of mine

Pal of mine is coming down to Brighton in a few weeks time and would like some family accommodation for himself, his Wife and their two boys aged 5years and three months (not twins!).

Keep clear of the grand hotel! three children have been eaten by staff this year!
