As 31 October is 5 weeks away .... can we ask: How long is a few?

Because of the political fall-out (either from us or the NIMBYS) the announcement of the decison will have to:

a) Avoid the party conference season
b) Not clash with the Queens Speech nor first sitting of parliament
c) Not clash with a major Government announcement (unless they want to bury bad news)
d) Not be a Friday
e) and of course never a weekend

so I reckon that limits us to one of no more than 13 days over the next 5 weeks
