If you try to fill up a couple of cars to reduce the petrol costs, there is always someone who hasn't got a passport or driving licence (only about half the population). So what else?

You only need ID to buy tickets if you are getting multiples so you send someone who has got ID.

You don't need ID at Cardiff

The New Forest National Park Public Inquiry result was 18 months after the end of the Public Inquiry.

This is longer than the 11 months average time.

With the Falmer Inquiry, we don't know if it will be 11 months after the end of the Public Inquiry (not far off) or 11 months after the extra bit (say the end of September: my changed forecast) or 11 months (or longer) after the latest shenagins, when July 2005 seems about right.
