One of Lewes' objections was to do with the South Downs National Park, and the fact that Prescott never mentioned it in his approval letter. The Solcitor General said that that objection was one of the 15 points which had no basis in law.But surely they will at least talk to each other? They are related issues and it's a major plank of the objectors' argument removed. Hopefully someone will point this out to Hazel, even if it's just unofficially in the Commons bar.
Lewes' latest objection was that the stadium would be visible from the National Park.
But then, so would Ann de Vecchi. Know wot I mean?
