From what I gather:
-the south stand will be away
-the east will be no tolerance and therefore crap
-the middle tier and much of the lower tier west stand are 1901
-the upper tier of the west stand is about a pitch width and height away from the pitch
-the front of the north stand will be a bit rubbish.

My conclusion is the only really good place to get an ST is the rear of the north stand.

EAST stand development may come sooner than expected with strong demand for corporate seats

If I hadn't gone 1901 that would be my pick.

I'll be a bit peed if I can't get a seat near the half way line without it being in the top tier really grown accustomed to my position at the Withdean and don't want to go back behind the goals

Which is why I went 1901. I think it's pretty bad if there is nothing available like this for long term STHs

I think I'd prefer the west top tier.
You can see the whole pitch with a decent perspective, a nice view of the hills oop north and you can gob on the 1901 below.

But then again, at my age I want to be close to the bogs.

There is something available - they could've joined the 1901 like you did

Not exactly a comparable amount of money though is it. I am very fortunate to currently be able to afford 1901 but many won't be so lucky.

So if the extra 400 also sell out it means that over 10% of our capacity will be premium seats and 2615 bums will be signed up for a minimum of 5 years. Quite incredible.
