One petition closing on 15th has already been answered. Then one each for 14th, 13th,11th; increasing to virtually 100% response for those closed 4 weeks ago.
As the closing date is known as soon as the petition is posted, a department delaying response looks rather inept, to say the least.
It also follows that a limited response looks bad.
Exposing themselves so publicly makes for a difficult situation for a Department trying to delay or evade a decision by obstruction or obfuscation.
This won't make Kelly resolve the issue any earlier, but should focus minds in her Department.
