Looks great, but surely thats a bit BIGGER than its actually going to be ?

The sketchup model overlays the club's plan and is almost spot-on give or take a metre or so. At this scale though you couldn't really tell. So I quess this maybe how big it will actually be?

I do hope so. Its just that in that mock-up, it looks absolutely V-A-S-T, specially when you scale it to the cars on the A27.
