Falmer decision this month ... ?

In the 'Olympic' article on the official site Martin Perry is quoted as saying;

'If we are given the go-ahead for Falmer in the next month or so ...'

I was of the understanding that we wouldn't hear anything on this until October? Has the timetable changed? Anyone ...?

The report goes in at the end of the month, so i will say August or September, but im still going with my gut feeling that the discision will be in October.
