I think we would initially get Reading-style figures of 14K rising to 17-18k average depending on the performance of the team.

I would be possible to do better than that depending on the success of the club's marketing schemes towards groups like families.

A lot of conservative estimates on here.

We've been waiting for this so long that I am confident we will sell out for at least the first 5 games of the season. After this 12k a week average would be about right

Big games, like Palace, we could get 20000, people like Bristol City we would get 10000!!!!
Errrr thats funny when around 25-30k applied for this game at the withdean 2 year ago, many games 2 year ago we attracted huge ticket demands well in the 20k's+.

Its only because everyone has had it with the withdean, that they can't be arsed anymore. We may have also averaged 9k or so in our playoff season, but at that time the club was on a massive downward slope end of.

Give us a proper stadium with proper facilities, and you will see us getting very impressive attendances.

O yeah, lets not forget those huge applicants where for a club at the bottom of this division 2 year ago mmmmmm.

I reckon 18k:)

duno, tis hard to estimate. But remember, 1.2 million in sussex, which is a huge catchment area. Unfortunately the last 10 years or so may have deterred many people from supporting us (withdean and gillingham years, where ticket availabilty has been sparse). but still, how long have we been waiting for this, i am sure we could attract 16,000+ for yer average championship match.

I think we've all been blown away by the number of STHs and crowds that we're getting but it's good to look at the 'views' on this thread, especially the two Palace turds who said we'd get 10K or 11K average.

Know what you mean there, stood in the North Stand on a miserable wet day I always wondered why anyone would want to stand on the East Terrace getting soaked to the bone.

Its hard to describe - you needed to have done it but:-

You met your little group, same spot every week. Flasks and stuff passed around to combat the elements.
Didn't always rain but that sort of galvanised the contingent when it did.
Better view of the pitch, specially for off-side decisions.
You could swap ends at half-time.

Great bounce Notters. I wonder if back then in 2005, if anyone said that we would be near sell out and playing Vincete as well as being top of the league come Sept 2011, they'd be laughed off of NSC.

14 - 17 was my guess, Ok not far of and no one would have guessed we'd have the uptake of ST that we did.

I am all knowing.
