Just something thay i heard was that the people that are occupying one of the buildings that we need empty for Falmer before we can build has a tenancy agreement until 2010 - apparently the club have to find them somewhere else before they can build and if they don't they are quite entitled to stay there until 2010 - i am only syaing what i have been told !!!

Just something that I heard was that the people who live their are quite happy to spend day after day sucking penis' and in the blow job agreement that Dick Knight signed behind closed doors, they are allowed to continue staying there as long as they suck a minimum of three cocks a day - i am only saying what i have been told !

Count down to Falmer?????????????
Has the credit crunch situation passed you by?
Projects the length of the country are being postponed or cancelled, locally at the marina and King Alfred and the board have still not named the bank/s who have signed up.
Things are not looking good.

I thought that new premises were being built at the moment to accomodate the current occupiers of the buildings and that they are part of the university as opposed to having seperate tenants.

You must hang around with a lot of doom mongers as the tales you hear always seem to have a negative spin when it comes to the board/Falmer.

To be honest, I don't think the credit crunch will have a dramatic effect on Falmer. Thankfully, the how development does not rely on housing to make the scheme work. The developments (KA and The Marina in this case) stem largely from a housing element and investors will not touch them with a barge pole with the current uncertainty in the market.

Banks, developers, contractors etc. do not cease trading during a period of recession, they are simply more careful as to what projects they involve themselves in.

Yes they are, HOUSING HAS BEEN HIT HARD. Commercial projects are fairly untouched.

I suggest you do your home work a bit better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
