i've also heard that, but my source is not all that reliable. I was told " Falmer yes to be announced tommorow (mon) or tues but with a lot of conditions

PS: the 17 envelopes must be a fail safe because apparently a courier is being used to deliver the findings to the Council and others ....

9am is the embargo time, but beware it could take an hour for the club and the Council's PR departments to get their arses into gear .... these guys don't start work until 9am!!!!!
