Shetland! I’m part of the Shetland genetic project. My Great Grandfather was from Mid Yell and I’ve tracked down a family tree going back to the 1700s

That side of the family Tree is Williamson and thx Nordic tradition of Omand is the middle name for all the girls born (my 7 year old has it...much to her disgust.
