I don't wake with facts. Just reminders. Yesterday i was doing the Guardian crossword with my younger brother. I used to be good at these things when i knew more than a thousand words. We had the clue 'Coyote'. I like the Coyote compared to the Roadrunner who was just a feathery Coe with lenses and pupils swelled with boasts and medals of speed. This morning, my brain forced my lids to raise and said Prairie Wolf to me.
I said thanks in reply and returned to sleep.
