Couldn't see what all the fuss was about TBH. A VERY average game for 85 mins, sparked up a bit in the last few minutes, but other than watching in 3D for the first time, I didn't see much to think that either team were "amazing".

I thought it was a terrible game, which Man City just about deserved to win. Neither goalkeeper was tested. It was a very depressing game of football. Neither team looked particularly good. 600million people watching on TV? Not impressive advert for the Premier League.

Pah. Logic is unwanted here. However true the sentiment is, it's disappointing that the English game is judged by games like that one. Man Utd didn't have a shot on target, that's not typical of the English game. But all the Spanish, etc, would have been sitting on the floor eating tapas and sipping some dodgy cocktail whilst criticising the English and our football ability. And tonight, they would be right. It was pathetic. And then the introduction of Danny Welbeck. Very embarrasing night for English football.

I finished work at 10, dodged the excitable football-fan night staff, plugged my ears when walking past the local pub, and just finished watching it. Rubbish.

I have no real feelings for City since they were taken over but sod Man U. They were the original sell outs and have been pursuing the pound relentlessly since the early 90s. Be good to see them over taken by their neighbours for a bit.
