Intensity, trust the process, game by game, too soon for Dunk.

You’re welcome
And compactness.

Good for him, though. He's clearly found the dressing room – and the players – and getting his message across, which is getting results.

A far cry from the 'worst manager in the PL' that one prolific NSC poster refers to him as...

Yeah I said in the start of October that he's one of the worst managers in the PL because he had A LOT to learn, but that we signed him for his high potential and would eventually become better.

Over the next two months we barely won a game despite playing some of the worst teams in the history of this league, before eventually losing 7-0 against Nottingham.

I see little reason to change any of those takes  We made an awful lot of tactical mistakes during our poor run of form, mistakes we are no longer doing. It seems the manager himself agreed he had to improve to compete with the very high level and usually experienced managers of the PL.

With our senior players out - Dunk, Veltman, Welbeck, Milner, March - our starting 11 average age must be very low?

Webster to skipper again?
Yes. The youngest of the season. The average starting age on Saturday was 23.5.
They list them here. Its just below Chelsea who have had an average of around the same for most of the season.
