Good question. I don't know ('chaps' sounds a bit old time RAF and Biggles though, so probably not that), but no, I haven't got any suggestions. Bearing in mind the wages involved in PL football, 'you lucky buggers' would be appropriate, but I don't suppose it'd go down well.......................................
What do other managers say? - no idea there either - I don't spend much time watching other teams'/managers' dressing room fly-on-the-wall videos!
But sorry, 'guys' still gets on my wick!
